The Franchise Association of New Zealand and the Family Business Association (NZ) are delighted to invite their respective members and others from their communities to an inaugural joint event, on Thursday 23 July, proudly supported by joint Partner Gallagher Insurance.
The event will be a chance to connect over refreshments and hear from Gallagher Insurance Head of People and Strategy, Scott Cresswell as he presents on "Maintaining team motivation in challenging times."
Scott will discuss his thoughts on how we can use the lessons of sport to support and motivate our teams during today’s uncertain environment. He will also chat to panellists from the FBA and FANZ about how this can be applied in their businesses.
The FBA panellist will be Hayley Alexander, CEO of Alexander Group, a second-generation family-owned transport and distribution business. The FANZ panellist will be Grant Archibald, Founder and Managing Director of Business Franchise Group, the New Zealand franchisor for business-to-business brands Speedy Signs and Fully Promoted.
